    As an Entry-Level Declarations Writer, you will be responsible for crafting accurate, concise, and compliant declarations for various legal cases. You will work closely with senior writers and legal experts to ensure that declarations meet regulatory requirements and accurately represent the information provided by clients. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in legal writing and documentation within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting Declarations: Write declarations based on information provided by clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    • Research: Conduct research as necessary to gather relevant information for inclusion in declarations, such as legal precedents, industry standards, or specific case details.

    • Review and Editing: Review and edit declarations for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and clarity, ensuring that they adhere to company standards and client requirements.

    • Collaboration: Collaborate with senior writers, legal experts, and other team members to refine declarations and address any feedback or revisions.

    • Compliance: Ensure that declarations adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to those related to privacy, confidentiality, and data protection.

    • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all declarations, including version control, tracking changes, and documenting any revisions or updates.

    • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on completed declarations to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

    • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, address concerns, and ensure that declarations meet expectations.

    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on changes to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to declarations and legal documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Legal Studies, Language and Literature, or a related field.

    • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation preferred.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent research skills and ability to gather information from various sources.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
