By using Courtpals’ Employer of Record Services for HR & Payroll you agree to the Terms & Conditions as well as the Service Details outlined in this page.

HR & Payroll Management Service Details.

  1. Payroll Processing:

    • Courtpals, LLC will manage all payroll activities, including biweekly salary disbursement, tax withholdings, and compliance with the employee’s local employment tax regulations.

    • The Client will be invoiced monthly for the employee’s salary, HR and Payroll Management and any applicable benefits costs.

  2. Guaranteed Employee Benefits:

The Employee will receive benefits that comply with local employment laws, including but not limited to:

  • Minimum Wage Compliance: The salary will meet or exceed the applicable local minimum wage requirements.

  • Overtime: Overtime compensation will be provided if the employee works beyond the standard working hours. The Client must fulfill the incurred compensation in full, along with the administrative fees. For all details and procedures regarding overtime, bonuses, gifts, and related requests, please contact your Account Manager. They will provide you with the necessary instructions, forms, and applicable terms for each process. Courtpals, LLC ensures compliance with local labor laws and applicable taxes in all such transactions.

  • Breaks and Rest Periods: The employee will be entitled to breaks and rest periods as mandated by local employment regulations.

  • Leave Entitlements & PTO: The employee will have access to paid or unpaid leave, such as vacation leave, sick leave, or public holidays, in accordance with local laws. The Client will be timely notified of the observance of public holidays and other approved time off.

  • Benefits according to the Plan selected by the Client:

    • Applicable only if the client chooses to extend the relationship beyond the initial 3-month trial period.

  • Other Custom Employee Benefits selected by the Client: Subject to Client’s choice if they wish to provide more benefits to their employee(s) which will be outlined in every Client Agreement.

VA Time Tracking:

  • Time Tracking Methodology: Upon Client’s request and after successful payment by the Client of the corresponding fees for requesting Tracking & Reporting, Courtpals, LLC will meticulously track the time spent by the Company Virtual Assistant(s) on all tasks for the client. Time will be recorded using a digital time tracking system that captures the start and end times of each task. The recorded time will be converted into billable increments of 0.1 hours, equivalent to six (6) minutes.

Courtpals reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through updates on our website.

By using Courtpals’ EOR HR & Payroll Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms, including any updates or modifications. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
