Mam Language Line - Service Terms and Conditions

Service Overview:

  • The Mam Language Line subscription provides 120 minutes of interpretation credit per month for a fee of $300 USD per month.

  • Any usage exceeding the 120-minute credit will be charged at a preferred rate of $2 USD per additional minute.

Interpretation Method:

  • This service is available exclusively for phone-based interpretation.

  • If video interpretation is required, it must be requested in advance and will incur an additional fee, which will be communicated before the service is provided.

Billing and Payment:

  • The monthly subscription fee of $300 USD is billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Minutes exceeding the 120-minute credit will be charged at the end of the billing cycle based on actual usage.

Subscription Credits:

  • The 120-minute credit is valid only for the billing cycle in which it is issued and does not roll over to subsequent months.

  • Unused minutes expire at the end of each billing period and cannot be refunded or credited towards future billing cycles.

Exceeding the Monthly Credit:

  • Subscribers who exceed their monthly credit will automatically unlock the preferred rate of $2 USD per additional minute.

  • Overages will be calculated and billed in the invoice for the following month.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • The monthly subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle begins. Otherwise, the subscription will auto-renew, and you will be charged for the upcoming month.

  • Any overage charges incurred before cancellation will still be billed.

Fair Usage Policy:

  • The Mam Language Line is intended for professional use in legal and case-related matters.

  • Abuse or misuse of the service, including but not limited to using the line for non-professional purposes, may result in termination of the subscription without refund.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

  • All interpretation sessions are conducted with strict confidentiality.

  • No session details or client information will be shared with third parties.

Availability and Technical Issues:

  • The Mam Language Line service is subject to interpreter availability. While we strive to ensure consistent service, there may be occasional delays due to high demand or unforeseen technical issues.

  • In the event of technical difficulties that prevent you from using the service, we will work to resolve the issue promptly, but no refunds or additional credits will be issued for downtime.

Right to Refuse Service:

  • Courtpals reserves the right to deny or terminate the Mam Language Line subscription for any client who violates these Terms and Conditions or for reasons deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the service.
