Delivery Timeframes:
Country Conditions Research reports are delivered within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days from the time of purchase.
The exact delivery timeline depends on the complexity of the topics to be researched and the current workload of our research team.
If additional details or clarification are required to complete the research, delays may occur. The attorney is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Policy:
Once the research service has been purchased, no refunds are available after the first 24 hours.
Cancellations made within the first 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a credit to be used toward future research services. After this window, no credits, refunds, or adjustments will be issued under any circumstances.
Customization and Scope:
Each research report is tailored to the specific topics or issues requested by the attorney at the time of purchase.
Significant changes or additions to the scope of the research after the purchase may result in additional fees and a revised delivery timeline.
Requirement for Alien Number:
To ensure the accuracy and relevance of the research, we require your client’s Alien Number (A-Number) at the time of purchase.
This information helps us tailor the research to the client’s specific case and ensures that we deliver a report aligned with their unique circumstances.
Failure to provide the Alien Number may result in delays or incomplete research.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
All information provided by clients for the purpose of conducting research is handled with strict confidentiality.
No data will be shared with third parties unless required by a court order.
Once the research report is delivered, any client data not necessary for internal records will be permanently deleted to ensure privacy.
Accuracy and Disclaimers:
Courtpals takes great care to provide accurate and up-to-date information in all research reports.
However, the research provided is intended to support the attorney's case preparation and does not constitute legal advice or guarantee specific outcomes.
The ultimate responsibility for how the research is used lies with the attorney.
Right to Refuse Service:
Courtpals reserves the right to decline service for any law firm or individual attorney for reasons deemed necessary to protect the company’s interests and operations.
By purchasing our Country Conditions Research service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact our team before making a purchase.
